Processing & Tracking
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail and 1-4 days for the tracking information to show in the system.

Please allow up to 25 days delivery time for sale items.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and fees deemed appropriate by your local Customs authority. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by I Cove Posture, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of the goods. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We speed up processing times, so there is a very small window to change your order. If you notice an error, please write to us at shopicoveposture@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it once the order has been processed.
Returns
By placing an order at I Cove Posture, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.
